- Get alone with God every day. Read His Word and pray
- Go through the devotions in “The Focus” section (pg 33)
- Read and meditate on what God shows you through His Word
- Don’t just blow through it and move on with your day. Read it, digest it and meditate on it. Speak to God about what you read, ask Him to how you what He is saying and give you wisdom to understand

- Be in contact with your prayer partner to share how they can continue to pray for you
- Celebrate ways in which God has provided and how He has answered your prayers

- Plan your meals for weeks two and three

- Allows you to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables
- Your body receives an instant boost of nutrients
- Focus on foods you CAN eat, not on foods you cannot eat (Phil 2:14)
- Maintain an attitude of gratitude by continually thanking the Lord for the food you are eating
- Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus (1 Thess 5:18)
